Remember little Casper who was found with a myriad of illnesses and skeletal? We weren't even sure he would survive all the trauma. But look what a lot of love and some very kind donations do to a dog.. he is so happy and grateful. He is now in Germany where he will spend the rest of his life happy and in a safe and loving home. Thank you to everyone involved in his rescue, it means the world to him.
