Description of character-

Speckles is a loving dog in desperate need of love. Due to a medical condition and mobility issues,  Speckles has not been given the walks or veterinary care he needs. He is suffering from leishmania although he is now on medication and a good diet that will help him as much as possible. He is good with other dogs and kids and deserves a chance.

Background - 

Adopted from the pound when he was a pup, his owner surrendered him due to personal health complications.
